I have been in the business of making and teaching games & 3D animation for the last 15 years. I have a lifetime interest in (and a continued practice of) illustration
and fine art to compliment my computer graphics practice. My approach to ALL media is a balance between creative innovation and
proven technique.
I graduated with a Masters of Entertainment Technology in December of 2007 from Carnegie Mellon's Entertainment Technology Center in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, where I worked on the XO Games Project. Other projects at the ETC included Fashion Designer Project, also in Pittsburgh during the spring of 2007. I spent two semesters at the Adelaide, Australia campus of the ETC. While there, I worked on the Game Sketching project. I am currently a founder of Gendai Games, a startup company in Austin, Texas. We are the creators of GameSalad, a game creation tool for non-programmers.
